Delete Your Registered Xpass Account (Xtreme Pass)

Registered Xpass is the Xtreme Pass mobile app for the Xtreme Books platform, developed by Cypher Innovative Technologies.

How Account Deletion Works

Users can request deletion of their Registered Xpass account and associated data at any time directly from the app or via the Xtreme Books website. Account deletion results in the permanent removal of all associated user data from our systems.

Important Information

This page applies to the Registered Xpass app, also referred to as Xtreme Pass, which is the mobile app used on the Xtreme Books platform.

When you delete your account, all associated user data, including stored Xpass information, is permanently deleted from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1: Android App

  1. Open the Registered Xpass app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Select Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account & Data
  5. Enter your PIN
  6. Tap Confirm

Option 2: Website

  1. Log in to your Xtreme Books account at https://xtremebooks.co.za/login.php
  2. Click on the Xtreme Pass tab on the left side of the screen
  3. Go to the section Remove All Xtreme Pass User Data
  4. Type DELETE
  5. Click Delete Xtreme Pass User Completely
Important: Deleting your Registered Xpass account permanently removes your account and all associated Xtreme Pass user data from our systems. This action cannot be undone, so please make sure before you continue.
